Quality Builders, Inc. has been in business for more than twenty-five years and is engaged in both commercial and residential construction, maintenance and repair projects
of all types and sizes. We also provide consultation services and specialize in construction management and value engineering projects to maximize our client’s
investments.
Our Founder
Its president and founder, Mark D. Smith, has a BS degree in Civil Engineering
from Northeastern University and is an unrestricted Massachusetts Licensed Construction
Supervisor, Hoisting Engineer and EPA Certified Lead renovator. His career spans 45+
years of construction industry experience in various capacities as a tradesman,
construction superintendent, project manager, engineer, developer and owner. Project
experience includes design and construction of; office buildings, R&D facilities,
warehouse, storage, manufacturing, and processing facilities, bakeries, restaurants, hotels,
motels, auto dealerships, shopping centers, condominiums, houses, and additions
resulting in over 30 million dollars in construction work. Mr. Smith’s prior firm was
responsible for the design and construction of over 500 condominium units throughout
the Metro West and greater Worcester Area.
Projects include Lordvale Acres in Grafton, Wilson Street in Marlborough, Cady Brook
Crossing in Charlton and the Bay Beach condominium in Truro.
